Exceptions
3. No fee shall be payable under paragraph 4 of the Schedule to these Regulations if the premises are already licensed under regulation 7(1)(b) of the Artificial Insemination of Cattle (Animal Health) (England and Wales) Regulations 1985(1) or regulation 7(1)(b) of the Artificial Insemination of Cattle (Animal Health) (Scotland) Regulations 1985(2).
