The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of and Schedule 3 to the Public Expenditure and Receipts Act 1968(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1968 c. 14; Schedule 3 was amended by section 4 of and paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992 (c. 6) and by section 136(2) of and paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 (c. 44).
