The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by East Dorset Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Poole Hospital National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Poole Hospital National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 22nd March 1993.
(2) In this Order:
“the Authority” means East Dorset Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Poole Hospital National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
2. On 22nd March 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Poole Hospital National Health Service Trust on 22nd March 1993 trust property formerly held by East Dorset Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, 4W34A Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7US.
