EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES
These Regulations list those courses of higher education which are prescribed courses of higher education for the purposes of section 65(2)(c) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (and therefore courses the provision of which by institutions maintained or assisted by local education authorities, or by institutions within the further education sector as defined by section 91(3) of that Act, may attract financial support from the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales). The Regulations apply only to courses provided by institutions in Wales.

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Prescribed Courses of Higher Education) (Wales) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
