The Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital Debt) Order 1993

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of powers conferred by section 9(1) and (4) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury(2), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital Debt) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 12th March 1993.

(2) In this Order “the originating capital debt” means the originating capital debt of Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust.

Originating capital debt of Pembrokeshire NHS trust

2.—(1) The originating capital debt shall be £32,312,738.

(2) The originating capital debt shall be divided between an initial loan of £16,156,369 and public dividend capital of £16,156,369.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order specifies the amount of the originating capital debt provided for insection 9 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 of Pembrokeshire NHS Trust established under that Act with an operational date of 1 April 1992. It provides also for the division of the originating capital debt between loan and public dividend capital.
