This Order may be cited as the National Rivers Authority (Anglian Region) (Reconstitution of the North East Lindsey Internal Drainage Board) Order 1992 and shall, unless subject to special Parliamentary procedure, come into force on the date of its confirmation by the Minister, in accordance with paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 3 to the 1991 Act.
