This Order assigns to the Family Division of the High Court all proceedings under the Child Support Act 1991 which occur in that court. The Order also amends paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Supreme Court Act 1981 to reflect that provision.

There shall be assigned to the Family Division all proceedings in the High Court under the Child Support Act 19912.
