The High Court (Distribution of Business) Order 1993 No. 622 (L. 5)

3.  In consequence of the provision made by article 2, paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Supreme Court Act 1981 shall be amended by the insertion, after sub-paragraph (g)(1), of the following–

“(h) all proceedings under the Child Support Act 1991.”.
