In exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 20, 21 and 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 19921, the Secretary of State for Education, with the consent of the Governing Body of Queen Elizabeth School, Atherstone and after consulting Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation and the Further Education Funding Council for England, hereby makes the following Order:
