The National Board for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting for England (Constitution and Administration) Order 1993

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by sections 5(2)(b) and (d), (6)(b), (7), (8), (9) and (10) and 6(1)(da) of the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act 19791 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
