Consequential changes in electoral arrangements
5.—(1) Area A described in Part I of the Schedule to this Order (being the Area A transferred by article 4(1) of this Order)—
(a)shall cease to form part of electoral division 33 (Lochgelly) of Fife Region(1) and ward 10 (Lochgelly South) of Dunfermline District(2); and
(b)shall form part of electoral division 2 (Auchtertool/Linktown/Invertiel) of Fife Region and ward 4 (Linktown/Auchtertool) of Kirkcaldy District.
(2) Area B described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order (being the Area B transferred by article 4(2) of this Order)—
(a)shall cease to form part of electoral division 2 (Auchtertool/Linktown/Invertiel) of Fife Region and ward 4 (Linktown/Auchtertool) of Kirkcaldy District(3); and
(b)shall form part of electoral division 36 (Cowdenbeath/Gray Park) of Fife Region and ward 16 (Cowdenbeath South East) of Dunfermline District.
