The Education (Training Grants) Regulations 19907 and the Education (Training Grants) (Amendment) Regulations 19918 are hereby revoked, but nothing in this regulation shall prevent the Secretary of State making payments of grant authorised by those Regulations in respect of expenditure incurred on or before 31st March 1993, or affect any condition or request prescribed by or determined under any of the Regulations so revoked.
