The Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Modifications) Regulations 1993

The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the abolition of restrictions on the import and export of goods, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by that subsection and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
