Activation of penalty fares provisions

3.  The British Railways (Penalty Fares) Act 1989 (Activating No. 3) Order 1992(1) and Article 2(3)(b) of and Part II of the Schedule to the British Railways (Penalty Fares) Act 1989 (Activating No. 7) Order 1992(2) are hereby revoked.
