The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 51(2), 69 and 266 of the Local Government Act 19721 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having complied with the procedures laid down in section 69(2) and (3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order, which varies supplementary provisions contained in the Greater London and Kent (County Boundaries) Order 19922, an order made by him pursuant to his powers under sections 51(2) and 67(4) of the Act on 31st August 1992:
