Amendments and revocation

11.—(1) In the Greater London (Waiting Restrictions) (Exemptions for Disabled Persons) Order 1975(1), article 3 shall be re-numbered as article 3(1), at the beginning of that provision as so re-numbered there shall be inserted the words “Subject to paragraph (2) below,” and after that provision as so re-numbered there shall be inserted the following paragraph–

“(2) This Order shall not apply to the A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Traffic Order 1993.”

(2) In the Islington (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1976(2), article 4 shall be re-numbered as article 4(1) and after that provision as so re-numbered there shall be inserted the following paragraph–

“(2) Nothing in this Order shall apply to any part of the trunk road red route within the meaning of the A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 and the Schedules to this Order shall be construed accordingly.”.

(3) The A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1992(3) is hereby revoked.
