Amendment of regulation 9 of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations20
In regulation 9(2)(c) of the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations, after the words “calculated under regulation 7(1)” there shall be inserted the words “(but excluding the amount mentioned in sub-paragraph (d) of that regulation)”.
