Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1993.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1991; and section 331(3) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975((1)) shall apply for the purposes of this Order as it applies for the purposes of that section.
