The Friendly Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph 2(2) of Schedule 13 and section 121(3) of the Friendly Societies Act 19921 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
