Commencing at grid reference NO 3921 2923 on MLWS, east of the Tay Rail Bridge, on the southern boundary of Tayside Region and the City of Dundee District at a point in line with the subway under the railway between Riverside Drive and Riverside Approach; then northwestward in a straight line across Riverside Drive to and along the subway to and generally northwestward along Riverside Approach to Magdalen Yard Road; then northwestward along Magdalen Yard Road to and continuing northward and westward along Shepherds Loan to and across Perth Road to Hawkhill; then northeastward along Hawkhill to and northwestward along Peddie Street, Blackness Road and Glenagnes Road to a point in line with the northwestern curtilage of the Harris Academy School Annexe opposite No 2A, Glenagnes Road; then northeastward along the said curtilage to a point in line with the western curtilage of the property, No 44, Milnbank Road; then northward in a straight line from the said point and along the said curtilage to Milnbank Road; then northwestward along Milnbank Road and City Road to and southeastward along Tullideph Road and Lochee Road to Dudhope Terrace; then generally northeastward along Dudhope Terrace to a point in line with the western boundary of Dudhope Park; then southeastward along the said boundary and its prolongation to Lochee Road; then generally eastward along Lochee Road to and along the northern section of Marketgait and the inner ring road of the City to East Dock Street; then southwestward along East Dock Street to and southeastward along West Victoria Dock Road and its prolongation in a straight line across Marine Parade to MLWS at grid reference NO 4088 3017, east of the Tay Road Bridge, on the southern boundary of Tayside Region and the City of Dundee District; then southwestward along the said boundary to the point of commencement.
