Commencing at grid reference NO 3865 3089 on the northern boundary of ED 12 (Central) and the eastern boundary of ED 14 (Lochee); then generally northward along the said boundary of ED 14 to and northeastward along Strathmore Avenue to Strathmartine Road; then southeastward along Strathmartine Road to and continuing southeastward along Hilltown to the tunnel carrying the north eastern section of the inner ring road of the City on the northern boundary of ED 12; then generally westward along the said ED boundary to the point of commencement.
