Commencing at grid reference NO 1307 2166 on the River Tay where it is intersected by of the Friarton Bridge carrying the M85 motorway over the said river; then generally westward and northwestward following the River Tay upstream and the eastern channel of the said river (Willowgate) to and northward along the River Tay to a point in line with High Street, Perth; then generally westward along High Street to the bridge over the main line railway between Perth and Inverness; then northwestward along the said railway to the bridge carrying Crieff Road; then southeastward along Crieff Road to and northwestward along Dunkeld Road to Ainslie Gardens; then northeastward along Ainslie Gardens to and northwestward and northeastward along Ainslie Place to Malvina Place; then northward along Malvina Place to a point in line with the northern curtilage of the northernmost property on the east side of the said road; then northeastward along the said curtilage and its prolongation in a straight line to the River Tay; then northwestward along the said river to a point in line with the Annaty Burn; then eastward along the said burn to where it flows under Isla Road; then southeastward along Isla Road to and northeastward along the northern access road to Kincarrathie Home and continuing northeastward and southeastward along the northwestern and northeastern boundaries of Doo'cot Park cricket ground to Pitcullen Crescent; then northeastward along Pitcullen Crescent and Scone Road to the eastern curtilage of Whinniemuir Cottages; then southeastward along the said curtilage and its prolongation in a straight line to the footpath forming the eastern extension of Gannochy Road; then southwestward along the said footpath and Gannochy Road to the northern boundary of field number 0844; then generally eastward along the said boundary and generally southwestward along the eastern boundary of the said field to the Langley Burn; then westward along the said burn to and southeastward along the footpath along the eastern boundary of Murray Royal Hospital to Muirhall Road; then eastward along Muirhall Road to and southeastward along the unclassified road leading southeastward to Corsie Hill Cottages; then eastward along the access road to Muirhall Cottage past Pinewood Cottages and continuing eastward to and along the track leading southward to the crest of the ridge line along the southern boundary of Kinnoull Hill Public Park; then generally southward along the said track to and generally southwestward along the crest of the ridge to a point in line with the eastern boundary of the woodland strip lying between the A85 road and the said ridge; then southward along the said boundary to and southeastward along the A85 to the M85; then southwestward along the M85 on the Friarton Bridge to the point of commencement.
