Electoral Division 43: Blairgowrie and Glenshee

Commencing at grid reference NO 1274 4257 on the eastern boundary of ED 42 (Dunkeld and Strathtay) at the eastern field boundary east of properties at Kirktonley; then northward and northwestward along the said ED boundary to the eastern boundary of ED 41 (Pitlochry, Aberfeldy and Rannoch); then northward along the said boundary to and southeastward along the northern boundary of Tayside Region and Perth and Kinross District to the eastern boundary of Perth and Kinross District; then southward along the said district boundary to grid reference NO 1856 5841 west of the summit of Knockton; then southwestward in a straight line to the summit of Drumderg; then southeastward in a straight line to the centre of the stone circle (antiquity) on the summit of Hill of Drimmie within Drimmie Wood; then southeastward in a straight line to the track at grid reference NO 2045 4863 leading southeastward to Hill of St Fink; then southeastward along the said track to the unclassified road between Hill of St Fink and Tamarisk; then northeastward along the said road to Tamarisk and the western boundary of the former parish of Alyth; then generally southeastward along the said boundary to a point in line with the field boundary, southwest of Sparrowmuir, leading southward to the track serving and west of Hillview Cottage; then southward to and along the said boundary and its prolongation in a straight line to and southeastward along the track past Hillview Cottage to the northern bank of the pond west of the track leading to Thorn; then southwestward along the said bank to the field boundary leading southeastward towards the track access to Cattylinns from the A926 road; then southeastward to and along the said field boundary and its prolongation in a straight line to the track past Cattylinns to the A926 road; then continuing southeastward by field boundaries and prolongation in a straight line to the track leading southwestward from Burnhead to the unclassified road leading to Lochbank Farm Cottages; then southwestward along the said track and northwestward along the said road to the track leading southward to Boglea; then southward along the said track to a point in line with the track leading westward to West Grange of Aberbothrie; then westward to and along the said track to the track leading southward, east of West Grange of Aberbothrie, to the River Ericht; then southward to and along the said track to and westward along the River Ericht to grid reference NO 1883 4458 southeast of the island in the River Ericht east of Blairgowrie House; then southwestward in a straight line to the northern junction of the northwest and northeast curtilage of the property known as Fir Lodge; then southwestward along the northwest curtilage of the said property to the northwest boundary of the playing field between Old Military Road and Moyness Park Drive, Blairgowrie; then southwestward along the said boundary to and southeastward along Old Military Road to a point in line with the rear curtilages of properties Nos 1-19, Birch Crescent then southwestward to and along the said curtilages and the prolongation of this line to the rear curtilages of properties Nos 2-30, Cedar Avenue; then northwestward along the said curtilages and southwestward along the southerly curtilage of No 2, Elm Drive and the prolongation of this line to the track southwest of Cedar Avenue; then southeastward along the said track leading southwestward to Perth Road, Blairgowrie; then southwestward along the said path to and southward along Perth Road and its continuation as the A93 road to a point in line with the northern curtilages of properties known as Anchorage and Torgyle on the east side of the road, southwest of Black Loch at Carsie; then eastward along the said curtilages to and southward along the eastern curtilage of Torgyle and continuing southward and eastward along the rear curtilages of all adjoining properties southward on the east side ofthe A93 road to the unclassified road north of Hare Myre Cottage; then northeastward along the said road to a point in line with the drain leading southeastward on the western edge of Meikleour Wood; then southeastward and southwestward along the said drain to the Lunan Burn; then southwestward along the said burn to grid reference NO 1742 4068 in line with the immediate northern curtilage of Nether Gothens; then southwestward to and along the said curtilage to and southward along the western curtilage of Nether Gothens to the access road leading northwestward to the A93 road; then northwestward along the said access road to and southwestward along the A93 road to the track leading northwestward to Upper Gothens; then northwestward along the said track to a point in line with the field boundary east of Upper Gothens leading northeastward to the Lunan Burn; then northeastward to and along the said field boundary and its prolongation to the Lunan Burn; then northwestward along the Lunan Burn to the junction of the field drain flowing into the burn from the west, south of Easter Essendy; then southwestward along the said field drain to the B947 road; then southward along the B947 road to the unclassified road leading northwestward past Hill of Lethendy to the south; then northwestward along the said road to the access track leading southwestward to Lethendybank; then southwestward and northwestward along the said track to its northern extremity; then by field boundary southwestward to the eastern boundary of Garlet Wood; then northwestward and westward along the said boundary to the eastern boundary of ED 42 and the point of commencement.
