3. In section 21(2) of the Gaming Act 1968 (conditions on which gaming for prizes is permitted at licensed club premises) paragraphs (b) and (e) shall have effect as if, for the sum of £2.50((1)) specified in each of those paragraphs, there were substituted the sum of £27.50.
Section 21(2)(b) and (e) have effect, by virtue of Article 3 of the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (Scotland) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/751), as if, for the sum of £2.50 specified in each of those paragraphs (as read with section 10(1) of the Decimal Currency Act 1969 (c. 19)) there were substituted the sum of £25.
