BETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES
This Order extends to Scotland only. It increases from £2250 to £2500 the maximum amount by which weekly winnings on any particular bingo club premises may exceed the aggregate amount of the stakes hazarded.

This Order extends to Scotland only. It increases from £2250 to £2500 the maximum amount by which weekly winnings on any particular bingo club premises may exceed the aggregate amount of the stakes hazarded.
It also increases the maximum amounts permitted–
a
to be taken by way of the sale of chances; and
b
as the aggregate amount or value of prizes, on any one determination of winners in gaming for prizes at licensed club premises under section 21 of the Gaming Act 1968.
