NATIONAL LOTTERY

BETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES

This Order brings into forceon 3rd May 1994 sections 48 and 49 and 51 to 55 and the remainder of section 64 of, and Schedules 7 and 8 and the remainder of Schedule 10 to, the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (which make provision in relation to the registration of societies and local lottery schemes, the frequency and conduct of lotteries, offences in connection with lotteries and supplementary provisions).on 3rd October 1994 section 50 of, and Schedule 9 to, that Act (which make provision in relation to the conduct of societies' and local lotteries by lottery managers).
