The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 12A(1) of and paragraphs 1 and 3(1)(a) of Schedule 7A to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 24th January 1994.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993(2).

Amendment of definition of “the trust”2

In article 1 of the principal Order in the definition of “the trust” for the words “the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust” there are substituted the words “the Greater Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust”.

Amendment of Article 2 of the principal Order3

In article 2 of the principal Order for the words “the Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust” there are substituted the words “the Greater Glasgow Community and Mental Health Services National Health Service Trust”.
