Education Act 1993 (c. 35)
9. In section 187 of the Act(1) (power to provide for grant-maintained special schools to form group conducted by single governing body), after subsection (3), there is added the following subsection—
“(4) For the purposes of this section, section 221(4) of this Act shall not apply.”.

Sections 187 and 261 of the Act are not in force at the date of these Regulations.
