This Act of Sederunt—makes minor amendments to paragraph 11 and sub-paragraphs (a) and (f) of paragraph 14 of the General Regulations contained in Schedule 1 to the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment and Further Provisions) 1993 (“the Act of Sederunt 1993”); andamends Chapters I, II, III, IV and VI of the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the Act of Sederunt 1993 by increasingthe fees payable to solicitors by about 3 per cent; andthe maximum additional fee for a report permitted under paragraph 6(b) of Part I of Chapter II.
