Citation, commencement and interpretation1.
(1)
This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment) 1994 and shall come into force on 24th May 1994.

This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
(3)
In this Act of Sederunt, “the Act of Sederunt 1993” means the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Solicitors in the Sheriff Court) (Amendment and Further Provisions) 19932.
