2. The Education (Special Educational Needs) Regulations 1994(1)are amended—
(a)in regulation 11(6)(d) by substituting “regulation 6(1)(c)” for “regulation 6(c)”, and
(b)in paragraph 2 of Part I of the form set out in Part B of the Schedule by substituting “10” for “8”.
