Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Royal Cornwall Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 9th June 1994.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Royal Cornwall Hospitals National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 15th July 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
