The Wiltshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of establishments and facilities formerly managed by the Swindon Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Wiltshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust2, having consulted the Wiltshire and Bath Health Authority3 and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Wiltshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 15th June 1994.

(2)

In this Order—

“the Authority” means the Wiltshire and Bath Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Wiltshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by Swindon Health Authority and the Trust on 2nd February 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both that Authority and the Trust.

Transfer of trust property2.

On 15th June 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
