The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 100A(4)(a)(ii) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the agreement of Freeport Scotland Limited(2), hereby make the following Order:

1979 c. 2; section 100A was introduced by section 8 of and Schedule 4 to the Finance Act 1984 (c. 43).

Freeport Scotland Limited was appointed the responsible authority by article 3 of the Free Zone (Prestwick Airport) Designation Order 1991 (S.I.1991/1739).
