Trustee’s Discretion to Transfer–out15I
Instead of providing benefits under the Section in respect of the Member, the Trustee may transfer a Member’s Accumulated Fund to another Section of the Scheme, another approved occupational pension scheme or to a personal pension scheme so that benefits shall be provided under the other scheme or Section in respect of the Member.
The transfer must satisfy the requirements of the Preservation and Contracting–out Laws and Rule 10C (Requirements for Transfers).
