This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No.12 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1994.

In this Order—

• “the 1991 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1991; and

• “vehicle” has the meaning given by section 99(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19842.
