1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No.12 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1994.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1991 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1991; and
“vehicle” has the meaning given by section 99(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1).
