Regulation 2(2) of the Reservoirs (Panels of Civil Engineers) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 19922 shall be amended as follows—
a
in paragraph (a), for “£200” substitute “£230”;
b
in paragraph (b), for “£160” substitute “£185”;
