15. In section 100B(3)(1), for the words “section 56” there shall be substituted the words “any right to have a case stated under regulation 22 of the General Commissioners Regulations or any right of appeal under section 56A”.
Sections 100 to 100D were substituted for section 100 by section 167 of the Finance Act 1989.
