The Education (National Curriculum) (Foundation Subjects at Key Stage 4) Order 1994

Having made such arrangements for consultation on their proposals, pursuant tosection 242(1) of the Education Act 19931, as they considered appropriate, the Secretary of State for Education, as respects England, and the Seretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(4)(a) of the Education ReformAct 19882hereby make the following Order in terms of the draft which has been laid before Parliament and has been approved by resolutions of each House of Parliament:
