Amendment of the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Technology) Order 1990
3. The Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in Technology) Order 1990(1) is amended by the substitution in article 5 for “and” after paragraph (a) and for paragraph (b) of the following:
“(b)on 1st August 1996 in respect of pupils at maintained schools in England entering the first year of that key stage in the school year beginning in 1996; and
(c)on 1st August 1997 in respect of all other pupils at maintained schools in England.”.
