PART IAMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS IN 1994

Regulations	Amendment
The Weights and Measures (Quantity Marking and Abbreviations of Units) Regulations 1987(1)	In regulation 7 for paragraph (3) substitute— “(3) In the case of any goods required by or under Part IV of the Act to be pre-packed or otherwise made up in or on a container for sale, or for delivery after sale, only if made up in specified metric quantities, the marking shall indicate that quantity first.”.
