This Order, which is made under the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985, amends the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1993(1)in order to specify that, for the purposes of that Act, Finland and St. Kitts and Nevis are Contracting States to the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, The Hague, 25th October 1980, with effect from 1st August 1994.
