Restriction on sales of or invitations to purchase National Lottery tickets at a person’s home
7. No National Lottery ticket shall be sold, nor shall a person be invited to purchase a National Lottery ticket, by a person when visiting any other person at his home in the discharge of any official, professional or commercial function (including the function of selling National Lottery tickets).
