These Regulations correct errors in the Education (School Performance Information) (Wales) Regulations 1994. The definition of “maintained school” in regulation 2(1) was incorrect as paragraph (a) and (c) referred to a “secondary school”, when they should have referred to a “school”. Regulation 4(3) has also been amended by the omission of the words “for distribution” which are superfluous and potentially misleading.
