1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the South West Durham Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 9th August 1994.
(2) In this Order–
“the Authority” means the South Durham Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the South West Durham Mental Health National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 7th March 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
