The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990(2) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Community Health Care: North Durham National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994, and shall come into force on 10th February 1994.
2. In sub–paragraph (a) of article 3(2) of the Community Health Care: North Durham National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993(3) (functions of the trust) for the words “Dryburn Hospital, Durham DH1 5TW” there shall be substituted the words “County Hospital, Durham DH1 4ST”.

This Order amends the Community Health Care: North Durham National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 to alter the address at which hospital accommodation and services (which the NHS trust established by that Order is to own and manage) are to be provided.
1977 c. 49; section 126(3) was amended by section 65(2) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19).
