Subject to regulation 9 of these Regulations, regulation 56(3) (correction of certain minor clerical errors after completion of entries in registers of live-births and deaths)5 shall be amended by substituting for heads (iiia) and (iv) of sub-paragraph (3)(a) the following head—

“(iv)

in space 8a, in the mother’s place of birth and in space 8b in the mother’s occupation,”
