1. The new highway which the Secretary of State proposes to construct along the route described in the Schedule to this Order to connect the trunk road with the A4087 Caernarfon Road at the place stated in that Schedule (the highway along the route being in this Order referred to as “the slip road”) shall become a trunk road as from the date when this Order comes into force.
