Whereas, pursuant to section 18(1) of the Agriculture Act 19861, the Secretary of State has by order designated as an environmentally sensitive area the area of land comprising the District of Ynys Môn—Isle of Anglesey in the County of Gwynedd2;
And whereas, pursuant to section 18(4) of the said Act, the Secretary of State has specified in the order designating the above-mentioned area the requirements as to agricultural practices, methods and operations and the installation or use of equipment which must be included in agreements made under section 18(3) of the said Act as respects agricultural land in that area;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18(1), (4) and (11) of the said Act, as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 19933, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:—
