In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraph 11 of Schedule 1C to the Police Act 1964(1), I hereby make the following Regulations:
1964 c. 48; Schedule 1C was inserted by section 3(2) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Police and Magistrates' Courts Act 1994 (c. 29).
